Step One – Book a Call
The first step is to talk to us about your challenges and what you are trying to solve using AI. You can do this by booking a discovery call. In this strategy session we can explore whether a conversational AI agent will work for your business, we can see if Voice or Text is more likely to get results and what a deployed system might look like.
Step Two – Onboarding
Our development team in the UK will set up an onboarding session to run through any integrations required to get your AI Agent up and running. This typically involves CRM or other API access, setting up phone services and getting the knowledge base documentation required to train the AI model on your business and desired outcomes.
Step Three – We get to work
Once all the connections, integrations, scripts and jobs to be done are defined, our team will build your AI Agent and supply any code snippets or other technical requirements you need.
